A bale slide is the table or platform that supports the bale as it exits an auto-tie or two-ram baler. Instead of allowing the bale to drop, tip, or partially hang unsupported, the slide provides a smooth, stable surface for the bale to transition out of the chamber.
This controlled discharge helps preserve the work the baler just did.
