We’re proud of the Black River Trading team for delivering an outstanding rebuild and installation on one of our auto-tie balers. Along with a full refurbishment, the site required targeted structural work on the dust-collection cyclone.

Project scope

·         Complete refurbishment of the auto-tie baler (inspection, repairs, refresh, testing)

·         Replacement of cyclone supports located above the baler

·         Added roof-mounted supports dedicated to the cyclone to ensure proper alignment and long-term stability (supports are for the cyclone—not reinforcement of the roof)

·         Final alignment and commissioning for safe, reliable throughput
